This Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use apply to BBNK Talent Advisors, LLC (“BBNK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including its BBNK Talent Advisors and BBNK Nonprofit Talent Advisors practices. BBNK Nonprofit Talent Advisors is a practice of BBNK Talent Advisors, LLC, not a separate legal entity. Both documents cover the websites and services identified below, regardless of which practice you contact.

BBNK Nonprofit Talent Advisors — executive search, recruiting, and talent advisory services for nonprofit organizations across the United States.
BBNK Talent Advisors (GTM practice) — go-to-market and product recruiting and talent advisory services for AI-first and frontier technology companies across the United States.
Service scope: Across both practices, BBNK provides recruiting, staffing, executive search, and talent advisory services. Depending on the engagement, services may be offered on a retained, contingency, or flat monthly fee basis. Client fees, placement guarantees, engagement terms, and service obligations are set out in separate signed agreements with BBNK. If this Policy conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
This Policy will notify you of the following:
What personally identifiable information is collected from you through our websites, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.
What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We collect information you provide through email, website forms, recruiting and advisory interactions, and other direct contact. We also collect certain website usage information through technologies described below. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us.
We use this information to respond to inquiries and provide our services. We may disclose relevant information to clients or candidates as part of an engagement, and to service providers that support our websites, email, scheduling, communications, and other business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about our services, new offerings, or changes to this Policy.
Information We Collect
Contact and Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, business contact information, and any information you submit through our website forms, including the Hiring Plan Advisor and AI Assessment Program.
Client and Candidate Information: For recruiting engagements, we may collect resumes, employment history, professional qualifications, references, compensation expectations, and other information necessary to evaluate candidacy or fulfill a search mandate.
Website and Usage Information: Our websites and the services supporting them may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and form interactions. See “Website Analytics and Tracking Technologies” below.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide recruiting, search, staffing, and advisory services across both practices.
Respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
Evaluate candidates and match them with opportunities.
Communicate with clients and candidates.

Website Analytics and Tracking Technologies
Our websites and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies for site operation, measurement, and communications. Depending on the tools enabled on a particular site, these technologies may process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our websites.

AI Assessment and Hiring Plan Advisor Data
The Hiring Plan Advisor collects the organization and hiring information you submit and sends responses to us by email so we can follow up and prepare a tailored approach. The AI Assessment Program may involve a scheduled call, a working session, and a written readiness summary. Information from these interactions may be kept in email, scheduling, working documents, and other systems used to provide the service. If an AI tool is used to help prepare an assessment or recommendation, submitted information may be processed by that tool and its provider.
Assessment and Hiring Plan Advisor information is not promised to be unstored or unshared. We may disclose it to providers involved in website forms, email, scheduling, analytics, communications, and preparing or delivering these services. We do not sell responses submitted to these programs. We keep records for service delivery, follow-up, legal obligations, or legitimate business purposes. Retention depends on the systems involved and the circumstances of the interaction.
To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask about the tools used for these services, email braden@bbnknonprofittalent.agency or natasha@gtmtalent.agency. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and any records we must retain.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our websites, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

SMS Communication and Compliance
BBNK Talent Advisors, LLC may send text messages through BBNK Talent Advisors and BBNK Nonprofit Talent Advisors. Consent to text messages applies only to the practice, number, and message categories identified at the point where you opt in. Opting in to one practice does not by itself authorize texts from the other. Messages may concern recruiting updates, interview scheduling, placement matters, or other topics specifically described when consent is collected. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.
Consent and opt-out:
We request consent through the applicable form or other documented
opt-in process. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP to a text from
the sending number or by emailing braden@bbnknonprofittalent.agency or
natasha@gtmtalent.agency. We will process a clear opt-out request for
the applicable messages even if it uses different words or arrives by
another reasonable method. If you want to stop messages from both
practices, tell us and we will apply your request across both. For
assistance, reply HELP if that function is supported by the sending
number, or email either address. A single confirmation text may be sent
after an opt-out request where permitted.
Data use:
We use mobile numbers and message records to send and manage the
communications described at opt-in, process replies and opt-outs, and
maintain related records. We may share this information with messaging
and other service providers working on our behalf. We do not sell mobile
numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
We may update this section to reflect changes in our messaging processes. Any revised policy will show an updated effective date.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of gtmtalent.agency and bbnknonprofittalent.agency (together, the “BBNK websites”), both operated by BBNK Talent Advisors, LLC through the practices identified above. By accessing or using either website, submitting information, requesting services, or otherwise interacting with BBNK through either website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Separate signed agreements with BBNK may contain additional or different terms and will control to the extent of any conflict.
Right to Decline Services
BBNK reserves the right to decline to establish a business, recruiting, or placement relationship with any person or organization, and may suspend or discontinue an existing relationship when we determine, in our reasonable business judgment, that doing so is appropriate to protect BBNK, its employees, candidates, clients, or reputation.
This may include circumstances involving suspected fraud, abusive conduct, misuse of our systems, security or compliance concerns, or other circumstances in which we reasonably determine that continuing the relationship would not be appropriate.
Nothing in this provision permits BBNK to discriminate or retaliate in violation of applicable law.
No Guarantee of Employment or Placement
Registration, application, submission of a resume, communication with BBNK, participation in an interview, or consideration for an opportunity does not guarantee employment, an interview, presentation to a client, placement, or any particular result.
Hiring decisions are made by our client organizations. BBNK does not guarantee that a particular candidate will accept an offer, remain employed for a particular period, or perform to a particular standard.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to BBNK is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading. You agree not to knowingly provide false, fraudulent, or materially incomplete information.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the BBNK websites to:
Violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
Submit false, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful technology.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data through automated means except where authorized.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
Intellectual Property
The BBNK websites and their content, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BBNK and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit BBNK-owned content without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the BBNK websites and their content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BBNK disclaims warranties not expressly provided in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBNK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the BBNK websites or their content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to the BBNK websites or these Terms shall be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to These Terms
BBNK may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the BBNK websites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
